<br />Lot eleven (11) , Block fifteen (15), College Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall Countyj,
<br />Nebraska, was assigned to Carrie Alpers in satisfaction of her claim against the estate for services
<br />rendered {tie deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that Augusta !gulf was unmarried at the time of her death and that her
<br />husband had preceded her in death and that Carrie Alpers, Henry Wulf and Robert Wulf are her
<br />only children, all of whom are of lawful age.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that Augusta Wulf departed this life on the
<br />ll th day of October,1929, leaving a last will and testament which has been duly admitted to
<br />probate; that according to the provision of said last will and testament, the northerly 56 feet
<br />of the west 58 feet of the South half of Lot eight (S) of the County Sub- division of a part of
<br />the South half of the South East Quarter (SJSE +) of Section sixteen (16). Township eleven (11)'
<br />North, Range nine (9) West of the 6th P. X , Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described'.
<br />as follows: Beginning at a point 76 feet North of the South West corner of Lot eight (S) of
<br />said County Sub- division, thence north 56 feet along the east side of Cedar Street to the allelj ,
<br />thence east at right angle 58 feet, thence South at right angle 56 feet, thence Rest at right
<br />angle 59 feet to the place of beginning, all in Grand Island, Nebraska, was devised to Carrie
<br />Alpers in fee and the same is hereby awarded to her and her heirs forever; that the undivided
<br />one -third interest of the deceased in Lot four (4) Block thirteen (13) Russell Wheeler) s Add -
<br />ition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, was devised to Carrie Alpers, Henry
<br />Wulf and Robert Wulf in equal shares, to have and to hold to them and their heirs forever, and
<br />the same is hereby awarded to them, and upon the payment of the balance of the legacies, as
<br />shown by the final report and the filing of receipts therefor, that said estate be closed, the
<br />executor discharged and the bond released.

<br />record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, an
<br />of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, whic',
<br />seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his
<br />own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,
<br />`land that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
