FINAL DECREE <br />Now on this 23rd day of January,1930, this matter came on for hearing on the final report of <br />the executor after due notice by publication, as by law and the order of this Court required, <br />had been given, and there being no objections on file to said report and on one appearing in <br />person to object thereto, said report was examined by the Court and the Court being fully <br />advised in the premises, finds that the same should be approved and allowed as the final <br />accounting of the executor. The Court further finds.that the Estate of said deceased is not <br />subject to an Estate Tax under the laws of the State of Nebr... nor to a Federal Estate Tax <br />under the Laws of the United States. <br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that the final report of the executor, filed <br />herein, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final accounting. <br />The Court further finds that due notice by publication has been given to allereditors and <br />other persons interested, as to the time fixed and place appointed for filing claims against <br />said estate, and that said time has fully elapsed and expired, and that•all claims filed <br />against said estate have been paid and fully satisfied, and that any claims not so filed, if <br />any such there be, should be forever barred and precluded. <br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that all claims filed against said estate have <br />been fully paid and satisfied, and that any claims not so` filed, if any such there be, should <br />be forever barred and precluded. <br />The Court further finds that Augusta Wulf departed this life on the 11th day of October,19211, <br />while a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and that she left a last will and <br />testament, which was duly admitted to probate in this Court on the 16th day of November,1928, <br />and is now recorded in this office, that said Augusta Wulf, at the time of her death, was the <br />owner in fee of an undivided one -third interest in and to Lot four (4) Block thirteen (13) <br />Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and was the owner of the <br />fee title to the Northerly 56 feet of the west 58 feet of the South half of Lot eight (8) of <br />the County sub - division of a part of the South half of the South East Quarter (SSE +) of Sect <br />ion sixteen (16), Township eleven (11) North, Range nine (9) West of the 6th P. X , more part - <br />ticularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 76 feet North of the South West corner <br />of Lot eight (8) of said County Sub- division, thence north 56 feet along the east side, of Cede <br />Street to the alley, thence east at right angle 58 feet, thence South at right angle 56 feet, <br />thence west at right angle 58 feet to the place of beginning, all in the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska. Also a contract of purchase covering Lot eleven (11) Block fifteen (15), College <br />Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and was possessed of personal property as <br />listed in the inventory. <br />According to the provisions of the last will and testament of the deceased, the premises locat <br />ed on Lot eight (8) of the County Sub - division of Section sixteen (16). Township eleven (11) <br />North, Range nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County, Nebraska, was devised to Carrie Alper <br />and the undivided interest of the deceased in and to Lot four (4) Block thirteen (13), Russell <br />Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, was devised to Henry <br />Wulf, Robert Wulf, and Carrie Alpers in equal shares. <br />The Court further finds that by agreement among the heirs, the contract of purchase covering <br />11 <br />
