<br />when said legatees respectively reach said age of twenty- -four years.
<br />In the event that my personal property shall be insufficient to pay said legacies, said legatees
<br />shall all suffer an equal proportionate deduction in the amount received by them.
<br />To my daughter, Carrie Alpers, her heirs and assigns forever, I give the piece of ground recetly
<br />purchased by me from H. H. Glover, deed to which is recorded in Book 62 at Page 395 of the Real
<br />Estate records of said Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, wherever the same may be situate, I give,
<br />devise and bequeath to my children, Carrie Alpers, Henry Wulf and Robert Wulf in like shares,
<br />and to their heirs forever.
<br />Done at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 9th day of July, A. D. ,1926.

<br />CODOCIL TO LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF AUGUSTA WULF.
<br />I, Augusta Wulf, of Grand Island, Nebraska, make this codocil to my last will and testament
<br />bearing date of July 9 ,1926.
<br />I hereby reaffirm and confirm all of the terms and provisions of said will.
<br />In addition to the legacy therein provided in favor of my son, Henry Wulf, I give :and bequeat)
<br />to my said son Henry an additional sum of Six Hundred ( $600.00) Dollars, to have and to hold
<br />to him and his heirs forever.
<br />To my son -in -law Fritz Alpers, of Grand Island, Nebraska, I give and bequeath the sum of Threl
<br />Hundred ($300.00) Dollars, to have and to hold to him and his heirs forever.
<br />Dated at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 16th day of September, 1928.
