<br />the sum of $7000.00, as set forth in the Seventh paragraph of the Last Will of Heinrich Von 
<br />Ohlen but that the said Richard Von Ohlen had, previous to the death of the said Heinrich Von'I 
<br />Ohlen, repaid to the said Heinrich Von Ohlen the sum of $5000.00. The court further finds that 
<br />the widow and children of the said Heinrich Von Ohlen, to -wit: Bertha Maher, Alma Hilmer 
<br />and Martha Ogle,daughters,and Clara Von Ohlen, widow, have agreed to pay to the said Richard 
<br />Von Ohlen the said sum of $5000.00 in accordance with a written agreement executed and filed 
<br />in said estate, and the court further finds that the said Richard Von Ohlen has paid the sum 
<br />of $750.00 to the said Clara Von Ohlen, representing the payments of ,$250.00 per year for the' 
<br />years 1929,1929 and 1930. 
<br />The Court further finds that all of the personal property, and residue of said estate passed; 
<br />and descended,under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of said deceased 
<br />to Clara Von Ohlen for and during her natural life time and at her death said personal property 
<br />shall be equally divided and pass to the following named children,to -wit: Alma Hilmer, Martha. 
<br />Ogle,Bertha Maher and Walter Von Ohlen,share and share alike. 
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the report of Clara Von Ohlep 
<br />as Executrix of the last will and testament of Heinrich Von Ohlen,deceased,be, and the same 
<br />hereby is, in all things allowed and approved as and for her final report and said estate is 
<br />hereby settled and closed and said Executrix discharged. 
<br />It is further ordered,adjudged and decreed by the court that all persons having claims again 
<br />the estate of the said Heinrich Von Ohlen, deceased, if any such there be, are forever barre 
<br />excluded, and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. 
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged 
<br />hands of the Executrix,to -wit:

<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that under the terms and provisions 
<br />of the last will and testament of the said Heinrich Von Ohlen,deceased, that the following 
<br />described property,to -wit: The Easterly 10i acres of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast 
<br />ii 
<br />Quarter (SEwSE�) of Section Eleven (11),Township Eleven (11), North of Range Nine, West of th4 
<br />6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the!, 
<br />Southeast corner of Section 11, Township 11, North of Range 9, W. of the 6th P.M.,thence run -`, 
<br />ning North 80 rods; thence West 21 rods; thence South SO rods; thence East 21 rods to the 
<br />place of beginning,containing 10.50 acres,a little more or less and Lot Three (3) in Block i 
<br />Four (4) in Hann's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island in Hall County, Nebraska, 
<br />Passed and descended to Clara Von Ohlen,widow of Heinrich Von Ohlen, for her sole use and I 
<br />benefit during her natural lifetime and that upon the death of the said Clara Von Ohlen the 
<br />same shall pass and descend to Walter Von Ohlen in absolute title. 
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the Southeast Quarter of the 
<br />Southeast Quarter (SE4SEk) and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NEkSEk)and the 
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE�NEJ) of Section Twenty -one (21),Township Thir 
<br />„ 
<br />teen (13),Range Eight (8),West of the 6th P.M.in Merrick County, Nebraska,did pass and descend 
<br />to Clara Von Ohlen,widow of Heinrich Von Ohlen, for and during her lifetime, she to have the 
<br />income and profit therefrom during her lifetime, provided,however, that if the said Clara Vo 
<br />Ohlen is still living on December 31, 1930, then and in that event said property shall pass 
<br />descend to Richard Von Ohlen in absolute title, the life estate of the said Clara Von Ohlen
