<br />last will and testament of the said Heinrich Von Ohlen, deceased, was on the 27" day of Dec -

<br />ary issued theteon to Clara Von Ohlen. 
<br />The Court further finds that the Executrix has collected the sum of 0317+.06 and has paid outs 
<br />rl the sum of $2715.5+, leaving a balance on hand in the sum of $459.22, which amount oonstitutei 
<br />{ a part of the personal property of said estate and the same should be retained by Clara Von 1 
<br />;I Ohlen for her own use and benefit during her lifetime, as provided in Paragraph Second of said 
<br />will. 
<br />The Court further finds that the estate of Heinrich Von Ohlen, deceased, is not subject to an 
<br />linheritance tax under the Laws of the State of Nebraska, nor to a Federal Estate Tax under the 
<br />I

<br />or Walter Von Ohlen, a minor, and that a receipt therefor has been executed to the said
