<br />BE IT REMEMBERED: That on this 14th day of January,1930,it being one of the days of a regular
<br />term of this court, this case came on to be heard,and the court finds:
<br />!'That due and regular notice has been given and service of process had upon the defendants and ,
<br />each of them named,designated and described in this case, as shown by the above caption, as
<br />;Iprovided and required by law, and that this court has acquired and has full and complete juri
<br />'diction over the person of each of said defendants and of the subject matter of this action;
<br />that each of the defendants have failed and neglected to answer,plead or demur to the petition
<br />of the plaintiff herein,and the time provided and required by law for the appearance of the
<br />defendants has long since elapsed, and the default of each of the defendants has been duly
<br />called and taken and is hereby entered herein.
<br />That this case came on further to 'be heard at said time upon the petition of the plaintiff,and
<br />the evidence, and was submitted to the court upon consideration whereof the court finds:
<br />That the plaintiff, and the persons under and through whom he claims have been for more than tE
<br />(years last past, in the actual, open, visible ,notorious,exclusive,hostile and adverse possessia
<br />i
<br />land occupancy of the real estate involved herein,to -wit; East Half of Section 30,township 9,
<br />north,range 11, West 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,and each part thereof, under claim of
<br />.right and color of title,claiming title thereto and right of possession thereof, and the plain
<br />Riff is the absolute owner and is in possession of the premises and every part thereof.
<br />That the debt secured 'by the mortgage bearing date November 13, 1879,recorded in Book F,page
<br />160 of the real estate mortgage records of Hall County,Nebraska, in the office of the register
<br />of deeds thereof, matured, and became due more than twenty years prior to the commencement of
<br />I.this action, and said debt was wholly paid and discharged, and any action upon said debt, or
<br />the said mortgage securing it, is and has been for many years prior to the commencement of thi
<br />action wholly barred by the provisions of the statutes of Nebraska relative to the limitations
<br />of actions, and said plaintiff is entitled to have said mortgage,by decree herein, released,
<br />cancelled and discharged of record.
<br />That the debt secured by the mortgage bearing date March 17, 1884, recorded in Book L, Page
<br />265 of the real estate mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, in the office of the registe
<br />of deeds thereof, matured and became due more than twenty years prior to the commencement of
<br />this action, and said debt wa.s wholly paid and discharged, and any action upon said debt, or t
<br />said mortgage securing it, is and has been for many years prior to the commencement of this
<br />action wholly barred by the provisions of the statutes of Nebraska relative to the limitations
<br />of actions, and said plaintiff is entitled to have said mortgage, by decree herein, released,
<br />cancelled and discharged of record.
<br />That the debt secured by the mortgage bearing date March 6,1885,recorded in Book M, page 587,
<br />the real estate mortgage re cords cf Hall County, Nebraska, in the office of the register of
<br />deeds'trLereof, matured and became due more than twenty years prior to the commencement of this
<br />action, and said debt was wholly paid and discharged,and any action upon said debt, or the sa.i
<br />.' mortgage securing it, is and has been for many years prior to the commencement of this action
<br />!wholly barred by the provisions of the statutes of Nebraska relative to the limitations of
<br />factions, and said plaintiff is entitled to have said mortgage,by decree herein, released, can-
<br />celled and discharged of record.
<br />That the debt secured by the mortgage bearing date January 1, 1891,recorded in Book 18, page
<br />of the real estate mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, in the office of the register of
