BORING ) FINAL DECREE <br />DECEASED. ) <br />Now on this 14th day of January,1930,this cause came on for hearing upon the final account an <br />report of Henry H. Boring,Executor of the la.st will and testament of Eliza A.Boring,deceased, <br />following notice to all persons interested, by publication, as required by law and the order <br />of the court dated December 20, 1929, there being no objections or protest on file. <br />On consideration of the report and the evidence the Court finds that said executor has accounted <br />for all of the estate of said deceased which came to his possession or under his control and teat <br />Phis report is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed and approved; that he has paid a I 1 <br />debts filed and allowed against said estate, the funeral expenses,expenses of last sickness, aid <br />i <br />costs of administration, all of which is shown by receipts filed and exhibited. <br />The court finds that the said Eliza A.Boring departed this life on the 27th'day of June,1929, <br />resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that she left a last will and testament which was duly <br />' I proved, allowed and admitted to probate in this Court on the 28th day of August, 1929,and <br />i <br />recorded in this office. <br />The court finds that the said Eliza A.Boring died seized in fee of the following described re <br />estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit: Lots numbered Three(3) an <br />Four (4) in Block "E" of MacColl & LeFlang's Second Ad ition to the Village of Wood River, <br />described in warranty deed from E.M.F.Le'flang,Emma M. Leflang and J.H.MacColl to Eliza A.Feez <br />and recorded in Book 6 of Deeds,page 240,Hall County, said grantee,Eliza A.Feezer and Eliza A. <br />Boring,dece dent herein, being one and the same person,Eliza A.Feezer being the maiden name o <br />deceased, all of which real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Eliza A.Borink, <br />under the provisions of her last will and testament,to Olive Elizabeth Kelso,her niece,in fee. <br />The court finds that the said Eliza A.Boring died seized in fee of the following described rea <br />estate situate in the County of Zavala,a.nd State of Texas,to -wit; <br />Lots Numbered Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block numbered One (1) in Crystal City, Farm numbered <br />Twenty- seven(27) containing ten acres in Section Seventy -nine (79); Farm numbered Twenty -eight <br />(28) containing Ten (10) acres in Section Seventy -nine (79),said farms being out of what is <br />known as the Cross S.Ranch,all in Zava.la County,Texas; the lots and Farm No.28 being describe <br />in warranty deed recorded in Volume N of Deed Records,on page 65,and Farm No.27 in warranty d <br />recorded in Book N of Deed Records, on page 64 of the office of the County Court of said Zava <br />County,Texas,a.nd that all of said lands and lots did pass and descend at the death of the sai <br />f <br />Eliza A.Boring to Robert George Taylor and William Charles Taylor in J oint one -half ownership <br />�I and absolute title. <br />The court finds that the Executor has distributed the personal property belonging to the estat <br />among the legatees of the testatrix in accordance with the provisions of the will and that there <br />remians nothing in his nands for distribution. <br />The Court finds that notice was duly given to all creditors of said deceased as to the time <br />
