<br />I, Eliza A.Boring of Cairo, in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska,being of sound mind and
<br />memory,and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make,!;
<br />orda_in,publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT;
<br />FIRST, I order and direct tnat my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and f uner�i
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be. 4
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give,devise and bequeath unto=!
<br />my husband, Henry H.Boring,the sum of two thousand dollars in cash and my household goods and;
<br />personal belongings not mentioned herein.
<br />I direct that a trunk and contents being property belonging to my daughter,now deceased, be
<br />given her widower, Almon Bertho Scott.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my grand niece, Jewell Kathryn Batie, the sum of five hundre�
<br />dollars in cash and my watch and jewelry.
<br />I give,devise and bequeath unto my grand nephew,Lyle Chester Batie,the sum of five hundred
<br />dollars in cash.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my niece Leona Mary Batie, the sum of two thousand dollars iY

<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my nephew Charles Albert Taylor,the sum of two thousand dollc-

<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my nephew Richard Charles Hollstein, the sum of three nundrec

<br />The residue of my personal property, if any, I give, devise and bequeath unto the above named
<br />Henry H.Boring, Leona Mary Batie,Jewel Kathyrn Batie and Lyle Chester Batie, to be divided

<br />Texas and also farms numbered twenty -seven (27) and Twenty -eight (29) in Section seventy - nine`
<br />(79) Cross S. Ranch,Zavala. County,Texas.
<br />LASTLY, I make,constitute and appoint my husband,Henry H.Boring,to serve without bond, to be
<br />Executor of this my last. Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
