<br />the 21st day of November,1929,this cause having come on for hearing upon the final report of 
<br />the executor herein, and due notice having been given to all parties interested, the hearing 
<br />as had, the executor appeared with his reports and vouchers proof was submitted, and the cour 
<br />eing fully advieed in the premises finds that full,true and correct account of the actions of 
<br />he executor has been set forth in said reports, and said reports are in their entirety approv 
<br />Court further finds that the last will and testament of Eugene J.Ha.iner,having been duly 
<br />eretofore admitted to probate in this court, is effective and binding as to all of said estat 
<br />e Court finds that notice to creditors was duly given, and that all claims proven have been 
<br />lly paid, and that all other claims or debts against said estate have been barred, and decre 
<br />rring claims has been entered. 
<br />e Court further finds that under and in accordance with said will the executor has establish 
<br />he trust, in the amount of over $250,000.00 in value of securities of such estate, and that tr 
<br />xecutor has turned over and delivered to the trustee,Leonard E.Hurtz,all of the securities set 
<br />side and established for said trust; that the securities so transferred by the executor to the 
<br />rustee are those particularly set forth in the application to establish such trust,filed herei 
<br />y the executor, and which has been duly approved heretofore by order of this court; and the 
<br />ourt finds that the trustee, Leonard E.Hurtz, has accepted such trust and has taken possession 
<br />f, and is holding for the benefit of said trust, all of such properties, all in accordance wit 
<br />nd under the provisions of such will,for the payment of the annuities in the manner and as set 
<br />orth in such will from the income of such trust;
