<br />period and term of her natural life, the first payment to be made at the expiration of three
<br />months after my death.
<br />d. To my sister,Norma H.Beach,of Columbus,Ohio, an annuity of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00)

<br />natural life, the first payment to be made at the expiration of three months after my death.
<br />e. To my sister, Vesta H.Chase, of St. Louis, Missouri, an annuity of Two Thousand Dollars
<br />($2,000.00) per year, to be paid in equal quarter yearly installments for and during the full
<br />period and term of her natural life, the first payment to be made at the expiration of three

<br />f. To Grace H.Mason, of Rochester,New York, sister of my deceased wife, an annuity of One

<br />THIRD: To Maud M.Constancer, of Lincoln,Nebraska, who has been my stenographer for years,

<br />:'FOURTH: I hereby forgive to my friend Samuel H.Steele, or his representatives, of Seattle,
<br />in the State of Washington, whether living at my death or not, any sum of money,with interest
<br />thereon, which may be owing from him or them to me at the time of my death, and I direct that
<br />any note or notes, or other obligations, for same be cancelled,released and given up to said
<br />Samuel H.Steele or his representatives.

<br />SIXTH: Unless in this my last Will and Testament otherwise expressly provided, if one or more
<br />of the legatees or devisees herein named be now dead or die before me, then and in each such
<br />case, I give,bequeath and devise the legacy or devise intended for him or her to his or her
<br />executor or administrator as the case may be, to be applied as if the same had formed part of
<br />'the personal estate of such legatee at the time of his or her death.
<br />SEVENTH: I hereby nominate and appoint my son -in -law, Leonard E.Hurtz,of Omaha, Nebraska,
<br />'executor of this my last Will and Testament.
