<br />hundred twenty -seven (127), Koenig & Wiebels Addition to the city of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />Interest in Syndicate No.300 of the Janes Investment Corporation, Los Angeles, California.
<br />One hundred shares of the Westwood Mortgage & Finance Company, Los Angeles, California, par
<br />value $100.00 per share.
<br />5. That in accordance with the terms and provisions of Paragraph 111 of the Last will and
<br />testament of the said Alvina Woelz, deceased, all of said money, personal and real property
<br />remaining in the hands of the executor for distribution, was devised and bequeathed to the
<br />husband, Charles Woelz.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court:

<br />That the report of the executor, Charles Woelz, filed herein, be and the same is hereby in all
<br />things approved and allowed as and for his final account, in full settlement of his trust, ana
<br />i
<br />that he be discharged from his trust, and relieved from al., further liability on his official!
<br />bond. 11.
<br />That the balance in the hands of the executor, being $1959.32, lncluoing the balance of the
<br />decedent, Alvina Woelz, on deposit with the Security Trust & Savings Bank, Los Angeles,
<br />California, of $297.77 with accrued interest, the real and personal property hereinbefore
<br />described, be and the same is hereby assigned to the said Charles Woelz absolutely, to have !
<br />and to hold forever, and said executor is hereby directed, authorized and empowered to assign i
<br />and transfer the certificates of stock evidencing the same, and execute and deliver all necesij i
<br />ary checks, assignments or other documents necessary to secure the balance of the deposit with the
<br />Security Trust & Savings Bank, Los Angeles, California, all of which is done according to the
<br />terms and provisions of the last will and testament of said Alvina Woelz, deceased, copy of
<br />which, together with certificate of probate, is hereto attached and made a part hereof.
