<br />'Hansen, Rudolph Paustian and John Paustian, his children, his wife having preceded him in deat #;
<br />,that at the time of his death, the said Henry Paustian was the owner of the fee simple title t►
<br />the easterly one- fourth of the southerly one -half of block nine (9) of Windolphis Addition to

<br />,the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and of personal property as listed in the in -1
<br />vdntory, and that by operation of law all of said property did pass and descend to Augusta
<br />!Paustian Oliver,Molly Paustian Hansen, Rudolph Paustian and John Paustian in equal shared.
