<br />And now on this 23rd day of November,1929, this cause came on for hearing upon the report and
<br />!petition of Charles X .Miller, executor of the estate of Ella L.Miller, deceased, for final
<br />'settlement and distribution and for his discharge as such executor, and the evidence, and was
<br />submitted to the Court.
<br />1N CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, The Court finds from the proofs on file, the records and the evidence
<br />1. That due and legal notice of this hearing was had by publication according to law.
<br />R. That said Ella L.Miller departed this life testate in said county on the 8th day of May,192;
<br />. That on the 22nd day of May,1929, a paper writing purporting to be the last will and testa-
<br />of said Ella L.Miller, deceased, together with a petition praying for the probate of the
<br />';same, was duly filed in this Court.
<br />4. That on the 17th day of June, 1929, after notice thereof had been duly given according to
<br />law, said will was by this Court duly admitted to probate and a decree was entered proving,
<br />approving, probating and allowing said instrument as the last will and testament of said Ella
<br />,.Miller,deceased, and directing that Letters Testamentary issue to Charles X.Miller upon his
