<br />The Court further finds that the said Charles H.Tully died seized as the owner by fee simple
<br />title of the following described real estate situated in the county of Hall and state of NebraE
<br />to -wit: Lots One (1),Two (2), and Three (3),in Block Six (6),and Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8)
<br />in Block Thirty -seven (37) all in the Original Town,now City, of Grand Island, as surveyed,
<br />latted and recorded.
<br />he Court further finds that the said Charles H.Tully died seized as the owner of the follows
<br />described real estate situated in the county of Jefferson and state of Colora.do,to -wit: Lot
<br />183 AB,and that part of Lot 183 C described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of
<br />1ka
<br />said Lot 183 C,and running thence in a westerly direction, along the southerly line of said lot',
<br />50 feet; thence, in a northeasterly direction, to the northwest corner of said Lot 183AB; thence
<br />south 140 2 1 east, along the easterly line of said Lot 183 0,93.2 feet, a little more or less,
<br />o the place of beginning, containing 2330 square feet, a little more or less, all in Forest Hill
<br />,econd Filing, an addition to the town of Evergreen,Jefferson County, Colorado, according to the
<br />ffioial map thereof filed in the office of the Recorder of said county on the 4th day of April,
<br />924.
<br />'he Court further finds that the said Charles H.Tully died seized the owner of Lot 673 in Block 3,
<br />,egistered plat No.793 Essex Park, county of Essex, Ontario,Canada.
<br />'he Court further finds that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of t e
<br />aid Charles H.Tully, deceased, said Lot 1 in Block 6 of the Original Town, now City, of Grand
<br />stand, Hall County, Nebraska, passed, by absolute title, to Inez A.Robinson, a daughter of said
<br />eceased, and that Lots 2 and 3 in said Block 6 of the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island
<br />all County, Nebraska, passed to Jennie M.Tully, for the period of her natural life, and, subje t
<br />o said life estate, the remainder in fee passed as follows: an undivided one -half to Jennie M
<br />11y, surviving widow of said deceased, and an undivided one - quarter each to Charles Franklin
<br />lly and Inez A.Robinson, son and daughter of said deceased.
<br />e Court further finds that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of
<br />id deceased, that all the rest, residue, and remainder of the real estate of which the said
<br />arles H.Tully died the owner, and wheresoever situated, passed and descended, as follows: an
<br />divided one -half to Jennie M.Tully, surviving widow of said deceased,by absolute title, and ax
<br />divided one - fourth each to Charles Franklin Tully and Inez A.Robinson, son and daughter of sai
<br />deceased, by absolute title.
<br />T IS, THMI FORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Jennie M.
<br />'ully and Charles Franklin Tully, Executrices of the last will and testament of Charles H.Tully;
<br />. eceased, be, and the same here by is, in all things, approved and allowed as and for the final
<br />-eport of said Executrices, said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Executrices dis-
<br />harged.
<br />T IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />he estate of the said Charles H.Tully, deceased, and not filed within the time limited by the
<br />ourt, are forever barred, enjoined, and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims
<br />inst said estate.
<br />T IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions of
