<br />s,nd testament of Samuel C.Huston, deceased, and upon their petition for the approval and aliowrce
<br />pf said report, the settlement of said estate, and their discharge herein, and the Court being
<br />fully advised in the premise's finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of "�he
<br />time and place fixed for the hearing upon said report and petition and no one appearing to objet
<br />to said report and the Court having read the same, together with the acknowledgment of Anna A.Hston,
<br />Oole legatee and devisee under the will of said deceased, of having received all of the estate 'f

<br />that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be approved and
