<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECRFFD BY THE COURT that in pursuance of the provisions
<br />of the last will and testament of the said Maggie Dunlavy, deceased, that the following descrj
<br />ed premises, to- wit: Lot five (5), Block thirty -two (32), Packer and Barr's Second Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and the Northwest quarter of Section twenty -six (26),
<br />Township eleven (11) North, Range ten (10) West of the 6th P.4 , Hall County, Nebraska did
<br />on the death of the said I,da.ggie Dunlavy, deceased, pass and descend to Eliza Schwenger of
<br />Denver, Colorado in trust to sell and dispose of at any time after the death of the said
<br />Maggie Dunlavy, and to divide the proceeds as follows, to -wit: to Mary Eck one - fourth; Eliza
<br />Schwenger, one - fourth; Nora Houser, one - fourth; Thelma McKittrick, one - eighth and Elaine
<br />McKittrick, one- eighth, with authority, however, on the part of the said Eliza Schwenger to
<br />deduct from the payments to the said Thelma McKittrick and Elaine McKittrick any amount of
<br />money which they may awe to her, the said Eliza Schwenger, and to retain the same out of the
<br />share of the said Thelma McKittrick and Elaine McKittrick and with fmll right and lawful
<br />authority on the part of the said Eliza Schwenger to make, execute and deliver deeds of
<br />conveyance to any real estate owned by the said Maggie Dunlavy at the time of her death and t�
<br />properly execute, acknowledge and deliver said deeds to said premises.

<br />I, Paul N. Kirk, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify that I have compared
<br />the foregoing copy of Last Will and Testament, Probate Certificate thereof, and Fi nal Decree
<br />in the Estate of Maggie Dunlavy, deceased, with the original record thereof, now remaining
<br />in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such origin
<br />record; that said Court is a Court of hecord having a seal, which seal is hereto attached;
<br />that said Court has ho Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am
<br />the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing
<br />attestation is in due form of law.

<br />WILL, CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE.
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN, I,Samuel C.Huston, of Grand Island, in the County of Mall, State of
<br />Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and
<br />transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND
<br />TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath to m
<br />dear wife, Anna A.Huston, all the real and personal property of every description. If, at the
<br />time of my death, I still own an interest in the partnership of Dill & Huston Co., I direct th
<br />Paul C.Huston shall have the first option to buy the same at a price of One Thousand Dollars
<br />($1000.00).
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Bayard H.Paine, without band and Anna A.Huston, without
