<br />WILL, CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE:
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MAGGIE DUNLAVY.
<br />i, Maggie Dunlavy, of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory, but knowing the
<br />uncertainty of this mortal life, do hereby make this my last will and testament, and do beret
<br />revoke all former wills made by me.
<br />1.
<br />In the event of my death and at the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath all my
<br />property, both real and personal, which I may own and wherever situated, unto my daughter,
<br />Eliza Schwenger, of Denver, Colorado, in trust, to sell and dispose of said property at any
<br />time after my death, and to divide the proceeds, after the payment of my just debts and
<br />funeral expenses, unto my children and grand - children, as follows, to -wit: That from the
<br />Proceeds from the sale of my property, Mrs. Lary Eck, my beloved daughter, of Omaha, NebraskE
<br />is to receive one - fourth; Mrs. Eliza Schwenger of Denver, Colorado, to receive one - fourth;
<br />Mrs. Nora Houser of Hall County, Nebraska, to receive one - fourth; and the remaining one -fourt
<br />to be equally divided between my two granddaughters, Thelma McKittrick and Elaine McKittrick,
<br />with authority, however, on the part of the said Eliza Schwenger to deduct from the payments
<br />to my said granddaughters, Thelma McKittrick and Elaine McKittrick, any amount of money whick
<br />they may pwe to her and to retain the same out of the shares of the said Thlma McKitrick and
<br />Elaine McKittrick.

<br />I further hereby provide that in order to facilitate the carrying out of the provisions of
<br />this Will that the said Eliza Schwenger shall have full right and lawful authority, in her n*e,
<br />to execute deeds of conveyance to any real estate which I may own at the time of my death,
<br />and to properly execute, acknowledge and deliver said deeds to the purchaser of said premisee

<br />I further request the appointment of my daughter, Eliza Schwenger, of Denver, Colorado, as
<br />Executrix of this my last I.Yill and Testament.
<br />1y.
<br />I further provide that in the event of the death of the said Eliza Schwenger ,before -my death,
<br />that said property will descend to my daughter, Mrs. Mary Eck, with the same right and auth-
<br />ority and power as is herein granted to the said Eliza Schwenger, and request in that event,
<br />she be appointed as Executrix of this my last will and Testament.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have executed the foregoing instrument at Grand Island, Nebraska on
