<br />John I. Harris, Executor of the last will and testament of the said Emily Harris, deceased, be
<br />and the same hereby is, in all things approved and allowed as and for his final report, said
<br />estate is hereby settled and closed, and said Executor discharged upon filing herein receipts,from
<br />the several beneficiaries under the will of said deceased, as hereinbefore found.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all persons having claims against the ostatell
<br />of said deceased, if any such there be, are forever barred, excluded, and enjoined from setting
<br />up or asserting any such 'claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that there is due from said Executor
<br />to Prudence Richmond and Emy Smith, two of the legatees under the will of said deceased, of t
<br />sum of $1907.10 each; that there is due -from said Executor to Mary Jones, one of the legatees'
<br />under the will of said deceased, the sum of $1573.45; that there is due from said Executor toi
<br />John W. Harris, one of the legatees under the will of said deceased, the sum of #193.64; that'.
<br />there is due from said Executor to Charles Alvin Harris, anbther legatee under the will of
<br />said deceased, the sum of $247.90; that there is due to Neimoa Smith, legatee under the will
<br />of said deceased from said executor the sum of $914.05; that there is due from said Executor
<br />to Vina Taggart, legatee under the will of said deceased, the sum of $608.55; that there is
<br />due from said Executor to Guy Harris, Ira Harris, Void Harris, Verne Graf, Lucile Harris, and
<br />Ivan Harris, to each the sum of $16.26; and distribution of what remains of the estate of said
<br />deceased is hereby accordingly made.
