<br />�he Court further finds that the said John W. Harris as such eaecutar has paid the funeral

<br />Pxpenses of said deceased, the debts against said estate, and the costs of this proceeding, and
<br />;`that said estate is not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska,
<br />o a Federal estate tax under the laws of the United States.
<br />he Court further finds that said Emily Barris died seized as the owner by fee simple title of
<br />ots Seventeen (17) of the County Subdivision, being a part of the south half of Section Five ( )
<br />n Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) Nest of the 6th P.M., 1701 feet by 214 feet, as sur-�
<br />eyed, platted, and recorded, and the west half of Lot Two (2) and all of Lot Three (3) in Bloc
<br />(1) in Gideon's Addition to the Village of Doniphan, all of said real estate being in Hall
<br />ty, Nebraska, and all of which real estate was sold by the said John W. Harris as executor
<br />f the last will and testament of said deceased, as directed by the will of said deceased, and
<br />hat the amount for which said real estate sold was the fair value thereof.
<br />he Court further finds that after payment of the debts of said deceased, and the costs of ad-
<br />inistration, that there remains for distribution to Prudence Richmond, Emy Smith, Mary Jones,
<br />ohn W.Harris, Charles Alvin Harris, Neioma Smith, and Vina Taggart, sons and daughters of said
<br />ceased, the sum of $1907.10 each, less any sums owed by said respective sons and daughters to
<br />he estate of said deceased, and the BUT of $1907.06 to Guy Harris, Ira Farris, Void Harris,
<br />erne Graf, Lucile Harris, and Ivan Harris, sons and daughters of Thomas Harris, deceased, who
<br />a son of said Emily Harris, deceased, and who preceded her in death, in equal shares, less
<br />y sum due to the estate of said deceased by,the said Thomas narris, deceased; and the Court
<br />rther finds that said Prudence Richmond, and Emy Smith are neither indebted to the estate of
<br />eir deceased mother; that Mary Jones is indebted to the estate of her deceased mother in the
<br />m of 0393.65, leaving a net balance going to the said Mary Jones of the sum of $1573.45:
<br />hat John W.Harris is indebted to the estate of said deceased in the sum of $1712.50, leaving al
<br />et balance going to the said John W.Harris of $193.60; that Charles Alvin Harris is indebted
<br />o the estate of said deceased in the sum of $1559.20, leaving a net balance going to the said
<br />harles Alvin Harris of the sum of $247.90; that said Neioma Smith is indebted to the estate of
<br />aid deceased in the sum of $1093.05, leaving a net balance going to the said Neioma Smith of t
<br />of $814.05; that said Vina Taggart is indebted to the estate of said deceased in the sum of
<br />75,leaving a net balance going to the said Vina Taggart of the sum of $605.55; that Thoma
<br />is, deceased, at the time of his death was indebted to the deceased upon his promissory not
<br />or $SOO,which,with interest, amounts to the sum of $1247.60, and was also indebted to the de- it
<br />eased upon another promissory note signed by the said Thomas Harris, under the name of T.W.Har�iq,
<br />also signed by Ira Harris and Emma narris, for the principal sum of $500, which with intere�t,
<br />mounts to the sum of $561.90, making the total amount of the indebtedness due from said Thomas
<br />arristo said estate the sum of $1909.50, leaving a_net balance going to the said heirs of the
<br />aid Thomas Harris, deceased, by right of representation, of the sum of $97.60, or $16.26 each
<br />oing to said Guy narris, Ira Harris, Void Harris, Verne Graf, Lucile Harris, and Ivan Harris,
<br />11 of which is properly shown in the report of said executor, and distribution of the estate of
<br />aid Emily Harris, deceased, should be made accordingly.
