<br />used portions of my cemetery lots, located in the Doniphan Cedar View Cemetery.

<br />Harris, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 2nd day of January, 1929,''
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Emily Barris, deceased, aril
<br />the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />hearing upon the final report of John W.Harris, sole executor under the last will and testament of
<br />Emily Harris, deceased, and upon his petition for the approval and allowance of said report, t'he
<br />settlement of said estate and his discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records hand
<br />files herein, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been

<br />,given to all persons of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon said report, as heretofore)
<br />ordered by the Court, and the Court, having examined said report, together with the vouchers o
<br />file, finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be
<br />..approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Executor, said estate settled and clopped
<br />and said Executor discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that said John W.Harris is the same person who is named in the last wijl
<br />and testament of said Emily Harris, deceased, as "John Harris ", and that prior to the death of
<br />the said Emily Harris, Charles M. Redman, the other executor named under the last will and tes1ta-
<br />ment of said deceased, had removed from the state of Nebraska, and declined to act as an exec jtor
<br />under the will of said deceased, and that the said John W.Harris was duly appointed by this Co 4t
