<br />SPILL, CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE.
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.
<br />Emily Harris, of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska being of sound mind and memory and conside3
<br />ng the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and
<br />.eclare this to be my last SPILL and TESTAMENT.
<br />'IRST, I order that my Executors here in after named pay all my just debts and funeral expenses
<br />.s soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />�ECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath unto
<br />y beloveth children or their heir$, share and share alike, of all my property which shall be m;
<br />Ixeeutors first converted into cash, as herein after provided for.
<br />he following are the names and present addresses of all my children:

<br />he heirs of my deceased son,
<br />homas Harris, Burwell, Nebraska.
<br />my Smith, Doniphan, Nebraska.

<br />ina Taggart, Doniphan, Nebraska.
<br />f the above heirs there is due me on money loaned to them at the present time as follows, Thomas
<br />is $900.00, Alvin Harris $1,000.00 and John Harris $1500.00, which sums shall be deducted from
<br />heir shares.
<br />hird, I here by authorize and empower my Executors to sell and convey as soon as conveniently,]
<br />nd at such a. time when by them thought best, my real estate which is now comprised of the West
<br />ne -half of Lot Two (2) and All of Lot Three (3), in Block One (1), Gideons Addition to Donipha ,
<br />ebraska, also Lot Seventeen (17) in the County subdivision to Doniphan, Nebraska,, there by cony
<br />erting the same into cash, and likewise shall they sell and convert my Liberty Bonds, School
<br />de, Notes and any other securities, real estate, chattels or other property of what so ever
<br />ture to cash.
<br />Executors to have full power and authority to execute deeds, sign and convey any and all
<br />roperty for the purpose aforesaid.
<br />OURTH, Unto my beloveth granddaughter Emily Taggart, being my names sake, I give my new feather
<br />ed.
<br />'IFTH, give and bequeath alike unto all of my beloveth children my personal effects comprised
<br />f household goods and personal apparel share and share alike, provided that such ditision can
<br />i
<br />y them be amicable made, should however and dissension arise over the distribution, then in th
<br />vent I instruct that my Executors, shall cause the same to be sold at a public auction, and t
<br />roceeds there from equally divided among them.
<br />ASTLY, I make and appoint and constitute, my son John Harris of Doniphan, Nebraska, and Chas.M.
<br />edman, also of Doniphan, Nebraska, to be joint Executors of this my last WILL and TESTAMENT,
<br />ereby revoking all former wills by me made.
