<br />in closing said estate,and that the balance of $73.45 should be paid to said,The Mary Lanning;

<br />That said W.H.Lanning,died seized of the following described real estate,to -wit:

<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE 4) of Block One (1),and the South 34- feet of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (N*) of Block One (1),in Alexander's First Addition to the City of Hastings,Adams
<br />"i
<br />County,Nebraska,all of which remains undisposed of,and by the terms of said Will,all of said t
<br />real estate should be assigned to The Mary Lanning Hospital Trust,a corporation,for the
<br />purposes expressed in said Will.,
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED,that all of the above described personal pro -
<br />perty,including the sum of $73.45 now in possession of said executors,be and the same is herep
<br />,assigned to The Mary Lanning Hospital Trust,a corporation,and the said executors arehereby
<br />directed to pay and deliver to said corporation,all of said personal property,and upon the fi -
<br />ing of their receipt for same,are entitled to their discharge;that the above described real
<br />estate be,and the same is hereby assigned to The Mary Lanning Hospital hrust,a corporation,
<br />in accordance with the terms of the last Will and Testament of the said W.H.Lanning,deceased,'4
<br />and for the purposes knd uses therein expressed;that judgment be and is hereby rendered upon
<br />the foregoing findings of this court,and all of said findings are hereby adjudged and decreed!
