<br />Now on this 24th day of October,1929,this cause came on to be heard on the final report
<br />of Julia Fuss,executrix of the estate of George Fuss,deceased,and no objections having been
<br />filed,said final report is in all things hereby ratified,approved and confirmed. The court

<br />r further finds that legal notice of the time for filing claimshas been given in the manner
<br />I
<br />and form provided by law;that the time for filing claims in this estate has long since
<br />passed and that no claims have been filed.
<br />!` NOW THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims ggainst
<br />said estate not now on file be and the same are hereby forever barred and excluded.
<br />The court further finds that the estate is not subject to either state or federal in-
<br />heritance taxes. The court further finds that all claims including fu neral bills,expenses

<br />of the last illness and expenses of administering the estate have been paid in full and that
<br />the residue of the personal estate has been paid to Julia Fuss,she being the residuary
<br />i
<br />legatee under the last will and testament of the said George Fuss,deceased.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said final report
<br />! be and the same is hereby accepted as and for the final report of the said Julia Fuss as
<br />executrix;tnat she be and is hereby discharged as executrix and her bondsman released.
<br />�i The court further finds that the said George Fuss,deceased,at the time of his death

<br />was the owner of the following described real estate to -wit; Lot 1,Block 53,Packer and
<br />Barris Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebrask a and its'complement,
<br />Lot 1,Block 12,Baker's Addition to the City of 4rand Island ,Hall County,Nebraska,which
<br />said premises were at the time of the death of the said George Fuss,deceased,the home and
<br />homestead of his wife,Julia Fuss and their daughter Nodine Fuss,and that under and by
<br />virtue of the provisions of the last will and testament of the said George Fuss,deceased,
<br />said real estate above described did pass to his wife,Julia Fuss for life,with remainder
<br />fover on her death to Nodine Fuss,and to her and her heirs forever.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,A- DJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under and by virtue of the)
<br />said last will and testament,which said last will and testament has been duly admitted to
<br />probate,the above described real estate did pass to Julia'Fuss for and during her natural

<br />life and at her death with remainder over to Nodine Fuss,to have and to hold to her and her
<br />heirs forever
