Kirk <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE <br />OF FINAL DECREE. <br />LOUISE ROHLING,DECEASED. <br />Now on this 9" day of October,1929,this cause carne on for hearing upon the report of Henry <br />Rohling and JohnRohling,Executors,after due notice,as required by law,to all persons interest <br />in said estate of the filing of said report and the time fixed for hearing hereon by publica- <br />tion of such notice one week prior to October gth,1929,and there being no objections or pro - <br />test thereto,the Court finds that said report ought to be approved. <br />The Court further finds that said Executors have received from all sources the sum of <br />$4396.33 and have paid out and distributed the sum of 1245.26 leaving in their hands for <br />distribution the sum of 3151.07,and that the said balance should be paid to Annie Bernhagen, <br />John Rohling and Henry Rohling in equal shares to each,as provided by the terms of said will. <br />The Court further finds that the said Louise Rohling died sieaed in fee simple title to Lc <br />Sixe (6) in Block Five (5),H.G.Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island in Hall County, <br />Nebraska,and that under the terms and provisions of the will of Louise Rohling,deeeased,said <br />N <br />
