<br />ESTATE (�F JOHN CALLAHAN, )) FINAL DECREE. 
<br />DECEASED. ) 
<br />Now on this 9th day of lfiay,192�),this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of 
<br />Patrick Cal1ahan,administrator of the estate of John Callahan,deceased,after due notice to 
<br />all persons interested in the estate of said deceased as required by law and by order of this 
<br />court,and no one having appeared to object to or protest against the allowance of said report» 
<br />On examination thereof the Court finds the report of the said administrator is.true and 
<br />correct in all respects and should be allowed;that he has accounted for all of the said estate 
<br />corning into his nands = under his control and that there is no personal property in his 
<br />hands for distribution. 
<br />The court finds that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of the said 
<br />John Callahan,deceased,a.s to the time limited and place appointed for filing claimsagainst 
<br />said estate,and that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims 
<br />outstanding against said estate and not so filed,if any such there be,are therefore forever 
<br />barred and excluded. The court further finds that there were no claims filed against said estate.

<br />The court finds that the said John Callahan,decease &,departed this life on the 17th day `! 
<br />of November,1924,and that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall 
<br />County,Nebra.ska,and that he died intesta.te,and seized in fee of the following described real 
<br />este,td situate in the County of Hall and State of !�ebraska,to -wit; 
<br />The northeast quarter (NE4) of the southwest quarter (Sw;) and the south one -half (S�) 
<br />of the southwest quarter (SUPµ) of Section twenty -nine (29),township ten (10),Range twelve 
<br />(12). 
<br />The coirt finds that under and by virtue of the law of descent and distribution of the 
<br />State of Nebra.ska,the above described real estate passed and descended at the death of the 
<br />said John Callahan,deceased,to Patrick Ca.11ahan,James Callahan and Julia Callahan,children 
<br />of said deceased,in equal shares,and in fee simple. 
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of the said adminis- 
<br />trator be and the same is,hereby approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is 
<br />hereby discharged of his trust. 
<br />It is furtner considered and adjudged that all persons are forever barred and excluded 
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said John Callahan, 
<br />deceased. 
<br />It is further considered,adjudged and decreed by the court,that all of the right,title and 
<br />interest of John Callahan,deceased,in and to the northeast quarter (NE4) of the southwest 
<br />Quarter (SW4) and the south one -half (S5),of the southwest Quarter (SW ),of Section Twenty -ni�e 
<br />(29),Township ten (10),Ra.nge twelve (12),Hall County,!�ebraska,passed and descended at his 
<br />death under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska to Patrick Callahan,James Cal 
<br />nan and Julia Callahan,share and share alike,each of said heirs taking an undivided one -thir 
<br />interest in said real estate. 
<br />The court further finds that the said estate was not subject to inheritance tax.
