Um <br />twelve (12) in H.G.Cla.rk's Addition to the City of Grand Island,in Hall County,State of <br />Nebraska. <br />That under and by said *ill said real estate descended and passed in fee simple to said <br />Lena Hermsmeyer,daughter of the deceased,of Scotia,Nebraska,the Court further finds that <br />the succession to said estate is not subject to an inheaitance tax. <br />IT IS ,THEREFORE,CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED,by the court that said final report of <br />said executrix be and it is hereby allowed and approved;that all claims and debts not filed <br />and allowed against said estate are forever barred;that upon the death of the testatrix,Maiy <br />Vogts,the above described real estate owned by her at her death passed and descended in fee <br />simple under the will of Mary Vogts,deceased,to her sole and only heir. and devisee,Lena <br />Hermsmeyer,and it is hereby so awared to her;tha,t the estate has been fully administered <br />with the exception of thepayment of claims and charges as shown by the final account of <br />the executrix and jurisdiction is reserved by the court to make a finding and'order that <br />such claims and charges have been paid,and that the lien thereof on said real estate is re- <br />leased and discharged upon the executrix filing proper receipts therefor without further <br />notice and that the executrix be discharged and the estate closed when such receipts are file <br />Paul N.Kirk,J-ddge. <br />Now on this 30th day of September,1929,the executrix having filed herein proper receipts <br />showing payment in full of all costs and expenses of administration and of all claims and <br />charges filed and allowed against said estate,it is further ordered,adjudged and decreed <br />that all costs and expenses of administration and all claims and charges allowed and filed <br />against said estate have been fully paid and the lien thereof upon the real estate devised <br />by the testatrix is hereby released;that said estatehas been fully administered and said <br />executrix is discharged and the estate is closed. <br />Paul N.Kirk,Judge. <br />State of Nebraska, <br />ss. <br />Hall County ) In the County Court of Hall County,Nebraska <br />I,Paul N.Kirk,County Judge of Hall County,Nebra.ska,do hereby certify that I have compared <br />the foregoing copy of LAST STILL AND TESTAARENT,PROBkTE CERTIFICATE OF !TILL AND FINAL DECREE <br />in the Estate of Mary Vogts,Deceased,with the original record thereof,now remaining in said <br />Court,that the same is a correct transcript thereof,and of the whole of such original record; <br />that said Court is a Court of Record having a. seal,which seal is hereto atrached;that said <br />Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name,and that I am the legal <br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,and that the foregoing attestation <br />is in due form of law. <br />IN TTSTIMINY 'THEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court ,1 <br />at 4ra.nd Island,this 30th day of September 1929 <br />Paul N.
