<br />WILL, CERTIFICATE AND HMNAL DECREE.
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARY VOGTS.
<br />I,Mary Vogts,of Grand Island,Nebraska,being of sound mind and memory,but mindful of the
<br />uncertainty of life,do make,publish and declare this,my last will and testame;it,that is to sa :
<br />ITEM FIRST.
<br />It is my will and wish that all my just debts,and the expense of my last illness and
<br />burial be first fullypaid.
<br />ITEM SECOND.
<br />I give and devise to my daughter,Lena Hermsmeyer,wife of H.C.Hermsmeyer,Jr.,now deceased,
<br />of Scotia,Nebraska,my residence and home at 903 'test Ninth Street,Grand Island,llebraska,
<br />and two lots therewith,to have and to hold the same to her absolutely and forever.
<br />ITEM THIRD.
<br />I give,devise and bequeath to my said daughter,Lena Her- nsmeyer all the rest and residue
<br />of ray estate,real,personal or mixed,now owned or hereafter acquired by me,of whatsoever
<br />kind and wherever situate,to be hers absolutely.
<br />ITEM FOURTH. -
<br />Should my said daughter,Lena Hermsmeyer die before I do,I give,devise and bequeath the
<br />property hereby devised and bequeathed to her said children equally,share and share alike.
<br />ITE?2 FIFTH.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my said daughter,Lena Hermsmeyer,as executrix of my estate
<br />and direct that she shall not be required to givebond as such.
<br />Hereby revoking and annulling all former wills by me made,I declare the above and fore-
<br />going to be my last will and testament.Signed,Published and declared this 31st day of
