<br />Eleventh. I give and bequeath unto my nephew,William Gernes,now in Iowa,the sum of Five
<br />Hundred (500) dollars.
<br />Twelfth. I give and bequeath unto Clara Holl of St.Louis,Missouri,the sum of One thousand;
<br />(1000) dollars;and unto Kate Holtz and Margaret Cope of St.Louis,ttissouri,and Anna Julius,Ma�y

<br />Zert and Seraphine Martins of Union,Missouri,each the sum of Five Hundred (500) dollars.I am,

<br />not certain that I have correctly stated the names of these legatees;but if I have incorrecthy
<br />stated their names,these legacies shall not lapse if the intended legatees can be in any
<br />manner I identified. The said legatees are sisters,and are my nieces. jl
<br />Thirteenth.I give and bequeath unto'William 'Tunderlich of Burwell,Nebraska,the sum of
<br />Five Hundred (500) dollars. !'
<br />Fourteenth. I give and bequeath unto Diocese of Winona,a corporation under the laws of th4l
<br />State of Minnesota,the sum of ten thousand (10,000) dollars;and I hereby request that said
<br />sum be devoted by said corporation to the support,care and education of orphan children,to be
<br />cared for within said diocese.
<br />Fifteenth. All the rest,reeiidue and remainder of my estate,I give and bequeath unto the log
<br />atees designated in paragraphs "Sixth" to Fourteenth" (both inclusive) of this will,to be
<br />divided among said legatees in equal parts,share and share alike.
