<br />I,MARTIN WUNDF.;RLICH,of the County of Winona and State of Minnesota,being of sound dis-
<br />posing mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby
<br />revoking all former wills,devises and bequests by me made.
<br />First. I hereby nominate and appoint Merchants Trust Company,a corprr ation,of Winona,
<br />Minnesota,sole executor of this my Last Will and Testament.Said executor shall be paid a
<br />reasonable compensation for its services.
<br />Second. It is my will that all my just debts,funeral expenses and all charges be paid
<br />as soon as may be after my decease...
<br />Third.I hereby direct that I be buried in my family lot in the cemetery in the Town of
<br />Wilson,Winona County,Minn.;that my executor purchase a suitable monument for said lot,and
<br />if.possible,arrange for the perpetual care of the graves; and I hereby authorize and empower
<br />my said executor to expend such sum as,in its discretion,it deems necessary and proper
<br />for that purpose.
<br />Fourth. I hereby authorize and empower said Merchants Trust Company,^as soon as may be
<br />after my decease,all the real estate of which I shall die seized,at public or priv.ate sale,
<br />together or in parcels,and for such price and upon such terms and conditions as to it shall
<br />seembest,and to make,execute and deliver all proper waitings,deeds and conveyances therefor;
<br />all without authority or permission from the Court,and as fully as I myself could do.Said
<br />Trust Company shall be allowed a reasonable commission upon the sale of said real estate.
<br />Fifth. I give and bequeath unto Rev.John Meier,of Winona,Minnesota,the sum of Five
<br />Hundred (500) dollars,which I request him to expend for masses for the repose of my soul.
<br />Sixth. I give and bequeath unto Otto Roth,Frank Roth,John Schuster,Jr.,Oscar Schuster,
<br />Peter Schuster,Mrs.J.D.Riley,Anna Schaefer,and Alfred Ahern,all of Winona,Minnesota,each the
<br />sum of Five hundred (500) dollars.
<br />Seventh.I give and bequeath unto Isabel Kohner,of Lewiston,Minnesota,the sum cf Five
