<br />It is further ordered,adjudged and decreed by the court that the following described
<br />real estate mortgages and notes secured thereby,belonging to the estate of Ernest G.Myers,
<br />deceased,as shown by the inVentory therein,to-wit:Note of Albert J.Vierk and Emma Vierk in
<br />the sum of $2500.00,dated February 27,1920,and secured by a mortgage on the EJ of the SWJ
<br />of Section 29,Township 12,Range 12,in Hall County,Nebra.ska,which mortgage is recorded in
<br />Book5l at Page 236 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County,Nebraska,and the note of Elmer
<br />Shoopman and Alice Shoopman in the sum of $5000-00,dated December 1�,1928,and secured by a
<br />real estate mortgage on the S� of the NW� and the SWJ of Section 29,and the N� of Section
<br />33,all in Township 20,Range 22,West of the 6th P.M.in Custer County,Nebraska,recorded in
<br />Book 123 at Page 612 of the Mortgage Records of Custer County,Nebraska,and that both of
<br />said mortgages and the notes secured thereby did pass and descend,under the terms of the
<br />will of Ernest G.Myers,deceased,to 114ary A.Myers,and the same is hereby assigned to her.
<br />It is further ordered,adjudged and decreed by the Court that all of the other personal
<br />property remaining in the hands of the Executrix,as shuwn by the inventory,be,and the same
<br />hereby is assigned to the said Aary A.Myers in accordance with the terms of the Last Will
<br />and Testament of Ernest O.Myers,deoeaBed.
<br />It is further ordered,adjudged and decreed by the Court that the said estate of Ernest
<br />G.Myers,deoeased,be closed and settled and the Executrix therein discharged of her trust
<br />and her bond released.
