<br />death of the said Ernest G.Myers,deceased. 
<br />The Court further finds that the North Half of the Southwest Quarter WSWi) of Section 
<br />Thirty -one (31),Township Twelve (12),North of Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M.in 
<br />Hall County,Nebraska,did pass and descend at the death of the said Ernest G.Myers,under the 
<br />terms and provisions of his will,to Louis F.Myers,son of Ernest G.Myere,deeeased,upon the 
<br />condition,however,that he pay to Margaret Rogan the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars 
<br />with interest at 4A from the date of the death of the said Ernest G.Myers,until said sum 
<br />shall be paid.and upon the further condition that the said Louis F.Myers pay to Mary A. 
<br />Myers,widow of Ernest G.Myere,deceased,the sum of $1.00 per acre per year during her life 
<br />time,and upon the further onndition that the said Louis F.Myers pay all taxes on said pre- 
<br />mises subsequent to the death of the said Ernest G.Myers,deceased. 
<br />The court further finds that the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (NJNEJ) of Section 
<br />Twenty (20),Township Eleven (11),North of Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M.in Hall 
<br />County,Nebraska,did pass and descend at the death of the said Ernest G.Myers,under the 
<br />terms and provisions of his will,to Emma S.Vierk,daughter of Ernest G.Myers,deceased,upon 
<br />the condition,however,that shepay to Margaret Rogan the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Doll- 
<br />ars with interest at 4% from the date of the death of the said Ernest G.Myers until said 
<br />sum shall be paid,and upon the further condition that the said Emma S.Vierk pay to 41ary 
<br />A.Myers,widow of Ernest G.Myers,deceased,the sum cf $1.00 per acre per year during her 
<br />lifetime,and upon the further condition that the said Emma S.Vierk pay all taxes an said 
<br />premises subsequent to the death of the said Ernest G.Myers,deceased. 
<br />The court further finds that the South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S-NE4) of Section 
<br />Twenty (20),Township Eleven (11) North of Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M.in Hall 
<br />County,Nebraska,did pass and descend at the death of the said Ernest G.Myers,under the 
<br />terms and provisions of his will,to George F.Myers,son of Ernest G.Myere,deceased,upon the 
<br />eondition,however,that he pay to Alice Myers the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars with 
<br />interest at 4% from the date of the death of the said Ernest G.Myers until said sum shall 
<br />be paid,and upon the further condition that the said George E.Myers pay to Mary A.Myers,widow' 
<br />of Ernest G.Myers,deeeased,the sum of $1.00 per acre per year during her lifetime,and upon

<br />the further condition that the said George E.Myers pay all taxes on said premises subsequent! 
<br />to the death of the said Ernest G.Myers,deceased. 
<br />The court further finds that the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N�NEJ) of Section 
<br />Twenty -four (24),Township Twelve (12),North of Range Eleven (11),West df the 6th P.M.in Hall 
<br />County,Nebraska,did pass and descend at the death of the said Ernest G.Myers,under the 
<br />terms and provisions of his will,to Jessie L.Shoopman,daughter of Ernest G.Myers,deceased, 
<br />upon the condition,however,that she pay to Margaret Rogan the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) 
<br />Dollars with interest at 4% from the date of the death of the said Ernest G.Myers until 
<br />said sum shall be paid,and upon the further condition that the said Jessie L.Shoopman shall 
<br />pay to Mary A.Myere,widow of Ernest G.Myers,deceased,the sum of $1.00 per acre per year 
<br />during her lifetime,and upon the further condition that the said Jessie L.Shoopman pay all 
<br />taxes on said premises subsequent to the death of the said Ernest G.Myere,deceased. 
<br />The court further finds that the payments to be made by the legatees,as above set forth, 
<br />to Mary A.Myers shall commence as of the date of March 1,1930,and that the same shall be 
<br />made in equal installments,one -half on March lst,ind one -half on December lot of each succ- 
<br />eeding year,and that the payment of said rent shall and does constitute a lien against 
<br />' 
<br />tive preperties bequeathed to the various legatees.
