<br />of Hall County,Nebraska,and that he left a last will and testament which instrument was duly
<br />proved,allowed and admitted to probate in this court on the 15th day of February,1929,and
<br />recorded in this office.
<br />The court finds that the said Ernest G.Myers was at the time of his death the owner in
<br />fee of the following described real estate,situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska.,

<br />Lot Ten (10) in Block Three (3) in Peter Fishback's Addition to Lemont,Cook County,Illinois.
<br />The court further finds that the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE +SE +) of
<br />Section 29,Township 37,North of Range ll,East of the 3rd P.M.in Cook County,Illinois,did passl,
<br />and descend,at the death of the said Ernest G.Myers,in accordance with his last will and test
<br />meat to his daughter,Magdalena Hermes,subject,however,to the payment of the sum of $1.00 per
<br />acre for said real.estate,said sum to be paid to '4ary A.Myers,widow of Ernest G.Myers,deceaseC
<br />for and during her natural lifetime,and subjeet,however,to the payment of the taxes on said
<br />premises by the said Magdalena Hermes after the death of the said Ernest G.Myers.
<br />The court further finds that Lot 10 in Block 3,in Peter Fishback's Addition to Lemont,
<br />Cook County,Illinois,did pass and descend,under the terms and provisions of the will of
<br />Ernest G.Myers,deceased,to his grandson,George Hermes,in absolute title.
<br />The court further finds that the North West Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW1TW +) of
<br />Section Thirty -dine (31),Township 'twelve (12),North of Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M.
<br />in Hall County,Nebraska,did pass and descend at the death of Ernest G.Myers,under the terms
<br />and provisions of his will to Alice Myers Shoopman,subject,however,to the payment of $1.00 pe
<br />acre per year to Mary A.Myers,widow of Ernest G.Myers,deceased,for and during her natural lif
<br />time,and upon the further condition that all taxes upon said premises should be paid by the
<br />said Alice Myers Shoopman,subsequent to the death of Ernest G.Myers.
<br />The court further finds that the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (SINWJ) of Section
<br />Thirty -one (31),Township Twelve (12),North of Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M.in Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,did pass and descend at the death of the said Ernest G.Myers,under the terms
<br />and provisions of his will,to Ernest G.Myers,son of Ernest G.Myers,deceased,upon the condition,
<br />however,that he pay to Margaret Rogan the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars with interestl';
<br />at 4� from the date of the death of the said Ernest G.Myers until said sum shall be paid,and�j'
<br />upon the further condition that the said Ernest G.Myers pay to Mary A.Myers,widow of Ernest
<br />G.Myers,deceased,the sum of $1.00 per acre per year during the lifetime,and upon the further
