1HIL 6 EA-11 DDUAIT7 <br />In the Matter of the Estate <br />of <br />Ernest G.Myers,deceased. <br />I,Paul N.Kirk,Judge of the County Court in and for said County,do hereby certify that <br />on the 22nd day of January 1929,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament <br />of Ernest G.Myers,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 15th day of <br />February 1929,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,pro- <br />bated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said <br />Ernest G.Myers,deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the <br />Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court <br />this 15th day of February 1929. <br />(SEAL) <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE <br />OF FINAL DECREE. <br />ERNEST G.MYERS,DECEASED. ) <br />Now on this 13" day of August,1929,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report <br />of Mary A.Myers,Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Ernest G.Myers,deceased,after <br />due notice as required by law to all persons interested in said estate of the filing of <br />said report and of the time fixed for the hearing thereon,by publication of such notice <br />one week prior to August 13,1929,in the Grand Island Daily Independent,a daily newspaper <br />published in Hall County,Nebra.ska,and there being no objection or protest on file,and <br />After a full examination thereof the court finds that said report is correct in all re- <br />spects;that the Executrix has accounted for all of the property of said deceased coming <br />into herhands or under her control;that she has received from all sources the sum of <br />$5201.97and has paid out and distributed the sum of 5146.16 leaving in her hands a balance <br />of $55.81and that this balance should be paid to the said Mary A.Myers,Executria,as pro- <br />vided by the terms of said will. <br />It is,therefore,considered by the court that the report of Mary A.Myers,Executrix,be <br />and the same hereby is approved as and for her final report,and that all personal property <br />as shown by the inventory and the balance remaining on hand,as above set forth,should be <br />paid over to thesaid 'nary A.Myers for her sole use and benefit in accordance with the terms <br />of 'said will,and that said Executrix be and hereby is discharged of her trust and her bond <br />released. <br />The court further finds that due notice was given to all creditors of the said Ernest <br />G.Myers,deceased,of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against estate, <br />by publication,of such notice for four consecutive weeks in the GRAND ISLAND DAILY INDEPEN- <br />DENT,a daily newspaper published and circulating in Hall County,Nebraska;that the time <br />allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that all claims outstanding against said <br />deceased not filed within the time limited are therefore forever barred and excluded;that <br />All claims filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED by the court that all persons are forever barred <br />and precluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Ernest <br />G.Myers,deceased. <br />It is found by the court by the courtthat the said Ernest G.Myers departed' this life <br />on the 16th day of January,1929,that he was immediatel <br />eceding his death a resi <br />am <br />
