<br />of the date of my death pay to my daughter,Margaret Rogan,the sum of five hundred dollars ,
<br />($500.00) with interest thereon at the rate of Four per cent per annum from the date of my
<br />death until said amount shall be paid. This land subject to a payment of One Dollar per
<br />acre per year to my wife,as shall be hereafter specified.

<br />Tenth: I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Jessie L.Shoopman,the North half of the
<br />North -east quarter of Section 'twenty -four (24),in Township Twelve (12),North of Range Eleven'`
<br />(11) Vest of the Sixth P.M.in Hall County, Aebra.ska,provided,however,that she shall within
<br />two years of the date of my death pay to my daughter,Alice Myers,the sum of Five Hundred L
<br />Dollars ($500.00),with interest thereon at the rate of Four per cent per annum from the date''
<br />of my death until said amount shall be paid. This land shall be subject to a payment of One
<br />Dollar per acre per year to my wife,as shall be hereafter specified.
<br />Eleventh :I hereby direct that any other real estate of which I may become possessed after
<br />this date shall be divided among my heirs according to law.
<br />Twelfth: In case of the death of any of my above mentioned children leaving issue or des -
<br />cendants,prior to my death,or the death of my wife,then his or her share shall not lapse,
<br />but shall pass to such issue or descendants in equal shares,by right of representation.And
<br />in case of the death of my wife before my death the above disposition of my property shall
<br />become effective at once on my death,and the property above bequeathed to my wife shall pass
<br />to my other heirs and be divided according to law.
<br />Thirteenth: The intention of this will,and my direction is that the payments of Five
<br />Hundred Dollars ($500.00) each mentioned in the Sixth,Seventh,Eighth,Ninth and Tenth paragray
<br />of this will,each shall become a charge and a lien on the land described in each of said pars
<br />graphs. It is also my intention and my will that each of the devisees mentioned in paragraphs
<br />Three,Five,Six,Seven,Eight,Nine and Ten of this will shall pay to my wife during her lifetime
<br />the sum of One Dollar peracre per year,payable one -half on March 1 „ and one -half on December
<br />1 of each year,said payments to commence on the March l,or December 1 next succeeding my
<br />death,these payments to become a charge and lien against said property until paid,Each devise
<br />inheriting real estate charged with either or both of said payments may not sell said real
<br />estate during the life time of my wife nor until after allof above mentioned conditions have
<br />been met and payments made,and shall,after my death,pay all taxes against said land.
<br />Fourteenth: I name,nominate and appoint my wife,Mary A.Myers,Executrix of this my last
<br />will and testament,hereby revoking all former wills by me made,and I direct that my said
<br />wife shall not be required to give bond as such executrix.
<br />In witness whereof,I have hereunto signed my name to this instrument,consisting of four
<br />pages of typewritten matter,on this 11th day of November,1911.
