<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ERNEST G.MYERS.
<br />I,Ernest G.Myers,of Hall County,Nebraska,being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish
<br />and declare this my last will and testament as follows:
<br />First:I order and direct that all of my just debts,including the expenses of my last
<br />sickness and burial,and the costs of administering my estate shall be paid out of my per-
<br />sonal property.
<br />Second: After the payment of said debts and charges I give,devise and bequeath to my be_
<br />loved wife,Aary A,Myers,all the residue and remainder of my personal property of every

<br />of the Sixth P.M.in Hall County ,Nebraska,provided,however,that he shall within two years
<br />after my death pay to my daughter,Margaret Rogan,the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00),

<br />with interest thereon at the rate of Four per cent per annum from the date of my death until
<br />said amount shall be paid. This land subject to a payment of One Dollar Per acre per year

<br />to my wife,as shall be hereafter specified.
<br />Seventh: I give,devise and bequeath to my son,Louis F.Myers,the North Half of the South-
