<br />Casper H.Hongsermeier,deceased )
<br />This matter coming on this day to be heard on final report of Albert A.Hongsermeier,ad-
<br />I ministrator of the estate of Casper H.Hongsermeier,deceased,and the Court being advised in
<br />i'.
<br />the premises,finds that Casper H.Hongsermeier,who,during his lif-etime,was also known as
<br />Kasper Hongsermeier,depaated this life on the 3rd day of September,1927,intestate and a
<br />resident of Hall County,Nebraska;
<br />That on the 16th day of November,1927,upon petition having been duly made,this Court
<br />j appointed Albert H.Hongsermeier administrator of this estate,who duly qualified and entered
<br />�i
<br />upon the duties of that office;
<br />That on the 29" day of August,1929,the said administrator ,filed his final report showing
<br />collection of personal property and the payment of claims and charges against said estate,
<br />and that due notice was given all persons of the filing and hearing on said report,whieh
<br />hearing was had on the 10" day of September 1929,and no objection having been filed or any -
<br />one having appeared in opposition thereto,said report was on said date accepted as the true
<br />and final report of said administrator;

<br />That on the 16th day of November,1927,this Court ordered a notice to be given to all cred-
<br />itors of said estate to file their claims,if any there be,with said Court and that a hearing
<br />i
<br />I thereon would be had on the 20th day of 4arch,1929!
<br />The Court further finds that all claims presented have been allowed and paid and that
<br />i
<br />there are no claims outstanding and that all costs „ expenses and charges of all kinds
<br />against said deceased,have been paid and that if any claims against said deceased have not
<br />been paid,it is ordered that such claims be barred and of no effect,and that no creditors
<br />or other persons shall file or present any claims whatsoever against said deceased and
<br />his estate;
<br />That all costs have been paid and that said estate is not subject to inheritance taxes
<br />or estate taxes of any kind;
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased was seized in fee simple of the
<br />j South half of the Northeast Quarter (S�NEJ) and the South half of the Northwest Quarter
<br />i
<br />(SINWJ) of Section Twenty (20),Township Twelve (12) North,Range Nine (9),West of the 6th
<br />P.M.,also Also Lots two (2),three (3) and four (4) on Mainland,and the Southeast Quarter
<br />of the Southwest Quarter kSEJ SW +) )also known as Lot six (6) on Mainland) of Section twelve

<br />(21),Township ten (10) North,Range nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska.

<br />The Court further finds that deceased was survived by his widow,Anna Marie Hongsermeier,
<br />ii
<br />and by the following sons and daughters; Henry W.Hongsermeier,Charles Hongsermeier,Marie
<br />Hongsermeier,Fred Hongsermeier,Augusta Horst,Lena Turley,William E.Hongsermeier and Albert
<br />A.Hongser:meier,and by Harold Ahrens,son of Emma Hongsermeier Ahrens,a daughter who prede-
<br />ceased said deceased;
<br />The Court fiwther finds that said South half of the Northeast quarter (S�NEJ) and the
<br />South half of the Northwest Quarter (SJNW�) of Section twenty (20) Township twelve (12)
<br />North,Range nine (9),was the homestead of said Casper H.Hongsermeier at the time of his
<br />decease,and was occupied by him and his widow as their home,and that said premises should
<br />be set aside as the homestead of the said Anna Marie Hongsermeier,widow of said deceased,
<br />as her homestead for and during the period of her natural life.
