<br />(11) North,Range Ten (10) ,est,in Hall County,Nebraska,and that under the terms and provisions,
<br />of the last will and testament of said Henry Davison,deceased,the same passed,by absolute

<br />title,to Gladys lavison Glenn,but without right,power,or authority in the said Gladys Dav-
<br />ison Glenn to in any manner alienate or incumb er the same for the period of ten years after
<br />the death of the said Henry Davison,deceased,and said real estate being charged with the
<br />payment to Rachel M.Davison,surviving widow of said deoeased,of one - third of the gross in-
<br />come therefrom during the period of her natural life,and further charged with the payment
<br />to Edith Hum t o ,Etta Davison Dangler,and Stella May Glenn,of the sum of One Hundred Dollars
<br />($100) each,within two years from the 10th day of September,1929;
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said
<br />Rachel M.Davison and Earl Elmer Davison,as executrices of the last will and testament of the
<br />said Henry Davison,,be,and the same hereby is',in all things,approved and allowed as and for

<br />excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
