<br />WILL AERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />I,Henry Davison of Grand Island,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do
<br />make and publish this my Last Will and Testament,in the manner and form following,that is
<br />to pay:
<br />First;
<br />I direct that my just debts,if any,and the expenses attending my burial and the costs
<br />of administering my estate,be paid out of my personal estate.
<br />Second.
<br />I give and devise to my wife,Rachel M.Davison,for the period of her natural life,Lot
<br />Two (2) in Block Nine (9) of the Original Town,now City of Grand Island,in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,and subject to the life estate devised to my said wife,I give and devise said
<br />Lot Two (2) in Block Nine (9) in the Original Town,now City of Grand Island,in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,to my son,Wayne Wesley Davison and I request that my said son take especial care
<br />of his mother and look after her wants in the event she survivtG� e.-
<br />Third.
<br />I further give and bequeath to my said wife,Rachel M.Davison,for her use,benefit and
<br />support during her natural 1ife,all cash,including deposits in banks,notes,mortgages and
<br />accounts,owned by me at the time of my death,and all that remains of such cash ,including
<br />deposits in banks,notes,mortgages and accounts,at the death of my said wife,Rachel M.Dav-
<br />ison,I give and bequeath to my said son,Wayne Wesley Davison.
<br />Fourth.
<br />I further give and bequeath to my said wife,kachel M.Havison,for the period of her nat-
<br />ural life,one -third of'the gross income from all farm lands owned by me at the time of my
<br />death.
<br />Fifth.
<br />The provisions of this will contained in behalf of my said wife,Rachel M.Davison,are in
<br />lieu of all her rights in and to my estate under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska.
<br />Sixth.
<br />I give and devise to my son,Roy Henry Davison,without right,power or authority in him
<br />to in any manner alienate or incumber the same for the period of ten (10) years after my
<br />death,the North Half of the Northwest Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest
<br />Quarter of Section 16,in Township Eleven (11),North,Range ten (10),West In Hall County,
