<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate )
<br />of Thomas Hulme, ) FINAL DECREE.
<br />Deceased. )
<br />Now,on this 10th day of September,1929,this cause came on for hearing upon the final re-
<br />port of Thomas H.Hulme,administrator of the estate of Thomas Hulme,deceased,and upon his
<br />petition for the settlement of said estate,and his discharge herein,in pursuance to adjourn-
<br />ment as heretofore ordered by the Court,and the Court having examined the records and files
<br />herein and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been give
<br />to all persons of the time and place heretofore fixed by the Court for a hearing upon said
<br />report and petition,and the Court having examined said report and listened to the testimony
<br />in support thereof,and no one appearing to object to thesame,the Court finds that said re-
<br />port is true anti correct in all things and that the same ought to be approved and allowed
<br />as and fofi the final report ofsaid administrator,said administrator discharged,and said es-
<br />tate settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Thomas Hulme departed this life,intestate,on the
<br />18th day of April,1908,a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,an d that on the 20th day of June,
<br />1909,letters of administration were duly granted by this Court to Thomas H.Hulme upon the
<br />rights,credits,effects and estate of the said Thomas Hulme,deceased,and that said estate
<br />has never been settled orelosed.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said Thomas Hulme,
<br />deceased,and that the time so fixed has long since expired,and that all persons having claim,
<br />against said estate,if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or
<br />asserting any such claims against said estate.

<br />The Court further finds that at the time of his death said Thomas Hulme was the owner of

<br />the west half of the northwest quarter of Section Five (5),and the east half of the north -
<br />east quarter of Section Six (6),both in Township Eleven (11) North,of Range Twelve (12)
<br />West of the 6th Principal Meridian,in Hall County,Nebraska,and that said premises consit-
<br />i
<br />tuted the home and homestead of Thomas Hulme,and Eleanor C.Hulme,his wife,at the time of
<br />his death,and that upon the death of the said Thomas Hulma,said real estate,and all of the
