<br />The Court further finds that all costs,inheritance taxes and estate taxes have been paid.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased was siezed infee simple of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW-,1 SW4) of Section Five (5),Township twelve (12) North,
<br />Range eight (S),West of the 6th P.U.,Merrick County,Nebraska,and the South Half of the
<br />North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter QSJNJSW NE ) of Section three
<br />(3),Township twelve (12) North,Range nine (9),West of the 6th P.M.,coritaining ten acres,
<br />in Hall County Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms and conditions of said will,said Auguste
<br />Beyersdorff,widow of the deceased,took said premises by device and that she is the owner
<br />of said premises in fee simple.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,adjudged and decreed that the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SWjSWj) of Section five (5),Township twelve (12) North,Range eight (9),West of
<br />the 6th P M.,Merrick County,Nebraska,and the South Half of the North half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter ( S�N�SWI 1) of Section three (3) ,Township twelve (12)
<br />North,Range nine (9),West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County Nebraska,be awarded to said Auguste
<br />Beyersdorff in fee simple,to her and to her assigns forever.
<br />The Court further finds that all costs in this proceeding have been paid.
