<br />This matter coming on this day to be heard upon the final report of Auguste Beyersdorff,
<br />executrix of the last will and testament of Robert Beyersdorff,deceased,and the Court being
<br />advised in the premises,finds that Robert Beyersdorff,also commonly known as Robert Beyers-
<br />dorf,departed this life on the 26th day of May,1925,testate,a resident of Merrick County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />That on the 2nd day of July,1925,Auguste Beyersdorff,his widow,file d her petition for the !:
<br />probate of the last will of said deceased and an order was duly made setting said petition
<br />down for hearing on the 23rd day of July,1925,a.nd notice of the same was duly given according
<br />to law;
<br />That on said 23rd day of July,1925,this Court admitted said will to probate as the last
<br />will and testate of the deceased and attached its certificate of probate to said will in
<br />words and figures as follows,to -wit:
<br />"I,Robert Beyersdorff,make this my last will hereby revoking all former wills. j
<br />"I appoint my wife Auguste Beyersdorff,executrix of this will and direct that she be per-1,
<br />mitted to act as such witfaout giving bonds.
<br />"My son Otto has received a very liberal share of my property and I therefore give him bu
<br />the sum of Five dollars.
<br />"To my dearly beloved wife Auguste Beyersdorff,I give,devise and bequeath all my property+
<br />real,personal and mixed for her use and benefit forever.

<br />"Dated at Grand Island this 16th day of March,1909. j

<br />The Court further finds that said Auguste Beyersdorff entered upon the duties of her
<br />office as executrix of said will and that creditors were given due notice of the pendency of
<br />said estate as provided by law,and that all costs,claims,expenses and charges of all kinds
<br />against said deceased have been paid and if any claims against said deceased have not been j
<br />paid,it is ordered that such claims be barred and of no effect and it is further ordered tha
<br />no creditors or other persons shall f-i.le or present any claims whatsoever against the II

<br />deceased and said estate.

<br />The Court further finds that on the 19th day of Lecember,1925,said executrix filed her
<br />final report of her acts as such executrix from the 23rd day of July,1925,to the 19th day of;'
<br />Dece:mber,1925,showing that all expenses of the last illness death and burial and the expense,
<br />of administration and the legacy of five dollars due Otto Beyersdorff,provided for in said ;i
<br />will,have been paid and that all personal property of the deceased bequeathed to Auguste
<br />Beyersdorff,have been turned over to said legatee;
<br />That a hearing was had upon said report and on the date fixed therefore,the same read,
<br />accepted and allowed as the true and final report of said executrix and that she was dis-
