<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF WILLIAM C.MULLEN.
<br />I,William C.Mullen,widower,of Hall County,NebTaska,being of sound mind and disposing
<br />memory,do make and publish this,my last will and testament,in the manner and form following
<br />that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to sell all of the real estate owned by me at the
<br />time of my death,as soon after my death as the same can be done without sacrifice to my
<br />estate,and make distribution of the proceeds of all of my estate as hereinafter set forth.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I direct that my just debts,if any,aid the expenses attending my burial,be first paid.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give and bequeath to my sons,George W.Mullen aid Albert D.Mullen,the sum of Two Thous-
<br />and Dollars ($2000.00) each.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give and bequeath all the rest,residue,and remainder of the estate of which I shall
<br />die the owner,to my children,Albert D.Mullen,May Dumont,Laura Johansen,Bertha Hightshoe,
<br />Arthur Muilen,Phillip Mullen,Lulu Culbertson,George W.Mullen,Charles Mullen,and Maude k%lle n,!
<br />share and share alike.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I nominate aid appoint R.R.Horth,as Executor of this will,hereby granting unto said Exe-
<br />cutor full right,power,and authority to sell real estate as provided in the first paragraph
<br />of this will,without license or authority for that purpose from any court.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />I hereby revoke any and all former wills made by me. .
