<br />NOW on this 29 day of July 1929,this cause came on for hearing upon the-petition of
<br />Daniel A.Finch,heretofore filed herein praying for a settlement of the estate of said deceas-
<br />ed,a de termination of theheirs of said deceased,and degrees of kinship and the right of
<br />descent of her real estate,said petitioner being represented by Horth,Cleary & Suhr,his
<br />attorneys,and it appearing from theproof on file that due and legal notice of publication
<br />in "The Grand Island Independent" a legal newspaper printed in Hall County,Nebraska,for threo
<br />successive weeks as by law provided and theorder of this court required;has been given to
<br />I
<br />all creditore,heirs -at -law and persons interested in said estate,of the filing of said pe-
<br />tition and the time and place for hearing thereof,which time was more than thirty days and
<br />less than sixty days after the filing of said petition,and there being no objections thereto,
<br />said cause was duly submitted to the court on said petition and the evidence of the petitioned
<br />in support thereof,and the court being duly advised in the premises finds that the allega-

<br />tions in said petition are true,that the said Addie Finch died intestate in Hall County,
<br />i
<br />Nebraska,on the 7th day of Ja.nuary,1917,and at the time of her death she was a resident and
<br />an inhabitant of said Hall County,Nebraska;that more than two years have elapsed since her
<br />death and no application has been filed in the State of Nebraska or elsewhere for the appoint]
<br />i
<br />ment of an administrator of her estate,nor petition filed therefor and that no a dministratioo
<br />has been had upon her estate at any place.
<br />The court finds that the said deceased left surviving her as her sole and only heirs -at-
<br />law,her husband,Daniel A.Finch,and a daughter,Grace AFinch;that said deceased died seized
<br />the owner of the following described premises,to -wit: Lot Two (2) in Block Sixty -cane (61)
<br />in the Original Town now City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />That said real estate did,on the death of the said Addie Finch,pass and descend by opera-
