<br />of John Reimers,deceased. FINAL DECREE.
<br />Now,on this 23 day of July,1929,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Theodore Reimers and Frederick Wietzer,exeeutors,of the estate of John Reimers,deeeased,and
<br />the petition of said executors that said estate be settled and closed and it appearing from
<br />proofs on file in this court,that legal notice,as by law and orders of this cots t required,
<br />has been given to all perties interested,of the filing of said report and the time for
<br />hearing thereon and there being no objeotion °thereto,the court,on examination th ereof,finds
<br />that the same is in all respects correct and should be allowed and approved;the court furthe
<br />finds from proofs on file herein that legal notice,as by law and the order of this court
<br />required,has been given to all'persons,having claims against the deceased or said estate,
<br />of the time and place for filing same ;that said time has expired;that all claims that have
<br />been filed or allowed against said estate have been fully paid;that all creditors of the de-
<br />ceased or persons having claims against said estate,not filed or allowed,if any there be,are
<br />forever barred and precluded from making claim thereon and all such unfiled claims and debts,;
<br />if any,are barred;that all fees and costs of administration have been fully paid;that all
<br />inheritance taxes,under the laws of Nebraska,upon the right of succession to said estate or
<br />any part thereof,under the will and codioilh of deceased have been fully paid and that the
<br />Federal Estate Tax to which said estate was liable under the laws of the United States has
<br />been fully paid,aecordiug to teceipts on file herein,
<br />The court further finds that said John Reimers died seized and possessed in fee simple of
<br />the following described real estate,to -wit;
<br />REAL ESTATE IN HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />1.Lots Seven (7) and Eight (S),in Block One Hundred Six (106),in Railroad Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island.
<br />2.Lots Four (4) and Five (5),in Block Thirty (30),in Charles Wasmer's First Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />3.Part of the North Half (NJ) of Lot Two (2),in Section Nineteen (19),Township Eleven (11)1
<br />North,of Range Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M.,cont wining two acres more particularly described;'
<br />in the deed recorded in Book No.45 of the deed records of said Hall County at page 63.
<br />4.West 78 and 7 /8ths rods of the West Half (WI) of Section Twenty (20),in Township Eleven
<br />(11) North of Range Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M. South of Union Pacific Railroad,exceptI
<br />one -half aore,_.,and more particularly described in the deed from Benjamin A.Oxnard and wife
<br />to John Reimers recorded in Book No.45 of the deed records of said Hall County,at page 63,
<br />excepting there from 7.81 acres described in deeds from John Reimers to The American Beet
<br />Sugar Company recorded in Book 54 at page 299 and Book 45 at page 72,of the deed records of
<br />said Hall County,dated fiovember 16,19171and July 31,1909 respectively.
<br />5.All of the Southwest Quarter (SWJ) of Section Seventeen (17) in Township Eleven (11),
<br />North of Range Nine (9),West of the 6th.P.M.except a tract of about fifty (50) aeres,which
<br />50 acre tract is more particularly described as follows; beginning at the Northeast darner
<br />of said Quarter Section,going thence *est along the North line of said southwest Quarter,
<br />Sixteen Hundred Seventy -two and one half feet (1672.5) fee6,thence South,and parallel with
<br />the East line of said Quarter Section Thirteen Hundred Twenty (1320) feet,thence East,parall
<br />el with the North line of said Quarter Section,Sixteen Hundred Seventy -two and one half feet
