<br />Now,on this 16th day of July,1929,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Henrietta Montgomery,Executrix of the last will and testament of Henrietta Nyboe,deceased,and'
<br />upon her petition for the approval and allowance of said report,the settlement of said estate``
<br />and her discharge herein,and the Court having examined the records and files herein,finds
<br />that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time-'
<br />and place fixed for a hearing upon said report and petition,and no one having appeared to ob -1 .
<br />ject to said report,and the Court having examined said report,together with the vouchers on
<br />k.
<br />file,and the testimony in support of said report,and finds that said report is true and corre4t
<br />in all things and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report j

<br />of said Executrix.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the timo
<br />and place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased and that
<br />the time so fixed has fully expired,and that all persons having claims against said estate I
<br />are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />estate.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 14th day of December,1925,Henrietta Montgomery,a dau-
<br />ghter of said deceased,was a widow and that she has not remarried since said date,and is still
<br />i
<br />a widow,and that the said Henrietta Montgomery has paid the debts and funeral expenses of sai4
<br />deceased,and that she remained with said deceased from and after the 14th day of December,1925
<br />until the death of said deceased,and thatshe complied with all the provisions and conditions
<br />of said will,so that upon the death of the said Henrietta Nyboe,Lot Number Eight (9) in Block
<br />Number Nineteen (19) in Palmer's Subdivision of Lot Seven (7) of the County Subdivision of
<br />a, part of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section Sixteen (16),in Township
<br />Eleven (11) North,Range Nine (9),West,in Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,of which the said
<br />Henrietta Nyboe died the owner,passed,by absolute title to the said Henrietta Montgomery,a
<br />daughter of said deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the estate of said deceased is not subject to an inheritance jl
<br />C!
<br />tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska,nor to a Federal estate tax under the laws of
<br />the United States.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the
<br />said Executrix be,and the same hereby is,in all things,approved and allowed as and for her
<br />final report,said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Executrix discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED ;ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of said deceased,if any such there be,are forever barred,enjoined,and ex-
<br />cluded,frdm setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
