<br />WILL,CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HENRIETTA NYBOE.
<br />I,Henrietta Nyboe,widow,of Grand Island,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing mem-
<br />ory,do make,publish,and declare this,my last will and testament,hereby revoking all former
<br />wills by me made.
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that all of my just debts,including the expenses of my last sickness and burial,
<br />be first paid out of my estate.
<br />SECOND
<br />I give,devise,and bequeath unto my daughter,Henrietta Mdntgomery,now a widow,Lot Number
<br />Fight (S),in Block Number Nineteen (19) in Palmer's Subdivision of Lot Seven (7),of the
<br />County - Subdivision of a part of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section
<br />16,in Township 11,North,Range 9 West,in Grand Island,Hal1 County,Nebra.ska,and being the
<br />home in which I now live. This devise is made to her in recognition of her services to me
<br />in the past,and her agreement to remain with me and care for me during the remainder of my
<br />lifetime,and pay my debts,if any,and the expenses of my burial,a.nd I direct that in case,
<br />she lives with me and remains unmarried until my death,then in that case she shall take the
<br />above described premises by sbsolute fee simple title;but in case of her re- marriage before
<br />my death,then and in that event I direct that she shall take said premises herein devised
<br />to her,but shall,within..one year after my death,pay to my son, Niels Nyboe,the sum of One
<br />($1.00) Dolla.r,and to my sons,Harold Nyboe and Rudolph Nyboe,the sum of Ten ($10.00) Doll-
<br />ars each said sums herein mentioned being made a lien upon said premises.
<br />THIRD.
<br />-All the rest,residue,and remainder of the property of which I shall die the owner I
<br />give,in equal shares,to my daughters,Elsie Leamer,Anne Jones ,Henrietta Montgomery,Frida
<br />Held,Alma Graves,and Olga Mark.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I nominate and appoint my daughter,Henrietta Montgomery,as executrix of this will,with-
<br />out bond.
<br />IN TESTIMONY 'NHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand this 14th day of December,A.D.,1925.

<br />the presence of each other,have hereunto signed our names as attesting witnesses,hereof.
