<br />Now on this 9th day of July,1929,this cause came on to be heard by the court ,upon the final
<br />account and report of the administrator of Julia Waldron McReynolds deceased,and it appearing
<br />from the proofs on file in this court that legal notice,as by law and the order of this court
<br />required,has been given to all parties interested in the filing of said report,and of the tim
<br />and place for hearing thereon and there being no objections thereto,the Court ,on examination
<br />thereof finds that the same is in all respects correct and should be allowed and approved.The
<br />court further finds,from the proofs on file herein,that legal notice,as by law and the order
<br />of this court required,has been given to all persons having claims against said a sta.te,of the
<br />time and place for filing same;that no claims against said estate have been filed,a.nd that all
<br />persons having unfiled claims against said estate,if any there be,are forever barred and pre -'
<br />cluded from making claim thereon and all such ununfiled claims and debts,if any,are forever
