<br />The court finds that notice was given to creditors of said deceased of the time allowed
<br />for filing claims against said estate,by publication,as required by law and 'by order of
<br />Court,and that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims filed
<br />and allowed against said estate have been paid and that all claims outstanding against said
<br />decea.sed,and not so filed are forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing
<br />or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Ernest G.Matthiesen,deceased.
<br />The court finds that the said Ernest G.Matthiesen died on the 25th day of December,1924,
<br />that he was at the time of his death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and that he died
<br />intestate,leaving surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law the following
<br />named persons: Dora Matthiesen,his widow,Alfred Matthiesen,a son,Frieda Matthiesen Matthews,
<br />a daughter,Linda Pahl,a daughter,Ernest Matthiesen,a son,and Dora Matthiesen,Jr.,a daughter.
<br />The court finds that the said Ernest G.Matthiesen died seized in fee of the following
<br />described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebra.ska,to -wit;
<br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SEJSWJJ of Section Twenty -seven (27),
<br />Township Eleven (11),Range Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska,and
<br />the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast ua t Section 6, and
<br />The Nest Half of the Northeast Quarter (rW�NEt) of Section Thirty -four (34),Township Eleven
<br />(11),North,itange Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska,and
<br />The Westerly One Hundred (100) feet of the Northerly Half (NJ) of Lot Ten (10),of the
<br />County Sub- division of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S3SEJ) of Section Sixteen
<br />(16),Township Eleven (11),North of Range Nine (9),West,and being a rectangular piece of
<br />ground having 100 feet front on Charles Street by 180 feet in depth off of the Westerly side
<br />of the Northerly half of said Lot 10.
<br />The Court finds that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska all of the right,
<br />title and interest of the said Ernest G.Matthiesen in and to the last described real estate
<br />did pass and descend at his death in the manner following:
<br />To Dora Matthiesen,his widow ,J partthereof;
<br />To Alfred Matthicsen,a son,2 /15 part thereof;
<br />To Frieda Matthiesen Matthews,a daughter,2 /15the part thereof;
<br />To Linda Pahl,a dauer,2 /15 part thereof;
<br />To Ernest Matthiesen,a son,2 /15 part thereof,and
<br />To Dora Matthiesen,Jr. ,a daughter,2 /15 part thereof.
<br />It is therefore considered, adjudged and decreed by the court that all of the right,title
<br />the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36,and
<br />and interest of Ernest G.Ma,tthiesen in and to /the SEJ of the SWJ of Section 27,Township 11,
<br />Range 9,West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska,and the W� of the NEJ, of Section 34,
<br />Township 11,North,of Range 9,4est of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska,and the Westerly
<br />100 feet of the Northerly Half of Lot 10,of the County Sub - division of the S� of the SE�
<br />of Section 16,Township 11,North,of Range 9,west,and being a rectangular piece of ground
<br />having 100 feet front on Charles Street by 180 feet in depth off of the Westerly side of
<br />the Northerly Half of said Lot 10,in Hall County,Nebraska,did pass and descend at his death
<br />under the provision of the Law of Descent of real estate in the State of Nebraska,in the
<br />manner following: Dora Matthiesen,i part thereof,and to Alf -}ed Matthiesen,Frieda Matthiesen
<br />Matthews,Linda Pahl,Ernest Matthiesen and Dora Matthiesen,Jr.,the remaining 213 part thereof
<br />in equal shares and it is so awarded.subject to the homestead right of Dora Matthiesen,widew,
<br />in and to the Westerly 100 feet of the Northerly Half of I46110 of County Sub - division,above
<br />described,the said property having been the home and homestead of the said Ernest G.Matthiesei
<br />now deceased.
