<br />WILL, CEF.TIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE:
<br />1. Henry A. Koenig, of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory but mindful of the
<br />uncertainty of human life, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, thatj�
<br />is to say:

<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Agatha M. H. Koenig all property real, personal44

<br />or mixed of which I may die seized, all stocks, bonds, moneys, and credits which may be owned by me
<br />or due to me or held by others for me at the time of my decease: to have and to hold the same`
<br />unto my said wife, Agatha M. H. Koenig, for and during the term of her natural life with full
<br />power and authority, nevertheless, to sell, convey or otherwise dispose of the full title of
<br />0
<br />all or any portion of my said estate by deed of general or special warranty as the case may b�
<br />or to mortgage or lease any portion of the real estate of which I may die seized the same as
<br />i;
<br />though she owned the same in fee - simple.
<br />ITEM SECOND. II
<br />After the death of my said wife, Agatha M. H. Koenig, I give, devise and bequeath to our chil
<br />being on a daughter and three sons, share and share alike all and every part and portion of
<br />said estate not sold or disposed of by my said wife during her lifetime.
<br />ITEM THIRD.
<br />Should any of our said children the before the death of my said wife, Agatha M. H. Koenig, leav ng
<br />children surviving them, then it is my will that such grandchild or grandchildren shall nher t
<br />that part or portion which would have been inherited by its parent under this will if then 1
<br />ITEM FOURTH.
<br />I do hereby make, constitute and appoint my said wife, Agatha M.H. Koenig, sole executrix of
<br />this my last will and testament and my sole residuary legatee, and it is my will and wish
<br />that she be not required to give any bonds as such executrix.
<br />ITEM_ FIFTH.
<br />I do hereby revoke and annul all former wills by me made.
<br />Made, published and declared by me, Henry A. Koenig, the testator, to be my last will and
<br />testament, consisting of two sheets of paper, typewitten upon one side only, each sheet bear-
<br />ing my signature on the margin thereof -- this 20th day of April, A. D. ,1892.
