<br />That the costs and expenses of administering said estate have been fully paid.
<br />The Court finds that said estate has been appraised for inheritance tax; that the sum of 042.
<br />has been determined as the inheritance tax and the same has been paid and the receipt of the
<br />County Treasurer for said amount is on file in this case.
<br />The Court finds that the said Joseph Ziller departed this life at St. Francis Hospital in the
<br />City of Grand Island on the 6th day of November, 1928; that he died intestate; that said
<br />Joseph Ziller left surviving him as his heirs -at -law, the following named persons, to -wit:
<br />His widow, Mary Ziller, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and his daughter, Mary Zoch
<br />of Clintonville, Wisconsin.
<br />The Court finds that the said Joseph Ziller died the owner in fee simple of the following
<br />described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: Lot Eight (8) in Block Ele
<br />(11) in Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and the following described
<br />real estate situated in Howard County, Nebraska, to -wit: The Southeast quarter (SE +) of Secti
<br />26, Township 15, North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M.
<br />The Court finds that the said above described real estate, to -wit: Lot 9 in Block 11, Rollins
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, was the home of the deceased and his wife at the time o
<br />his death and that therefore the said Mary Ziller, widow of said deceased, is entitled to a
<br />homestead interest in said Lot 8 Block 11 Rollins Addition.
<br />That under the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska, the above described real estate did
<br />pass to Mary Ziller, widow of deceased, one -half part absolutely and to Mary Zoch daughter of
<br />deceased, an undivided one -half part absolutely, each taking as a tenant in common of the
<br />other and all being subject to the homestead estate of the said Mary Ziller in and to Lot 8
<br />Block 11 Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that the said real estate, to -wit: Lot
<br />8 in Block 11 in Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and the following
<br />described real estate situated in Howard County, to -wit: The Southeast Quarter (SE +) of Secti
<br />26, Township 15, North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M. did pass and descend on the death of the
<br />said Joseph Ziller to Mary Ziller, widow, an undivided one -half thereof in fee simple absolutely
<br />and to Mary Zooh, daughter, an undivided One -half part thereof in fee simple absolutely, each
<br />as tenants in common with the other and said estate in said Lot 8 in Block 11 Rollins Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island being subject to the homestead interest of said widow in and to
<br />said property.

<br />and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a court of Record having a seal,
<br />which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates
<br />in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said
<br />Court, and that the foregoing attestation in in due form of law.
